ABOUT THE ARTIST
Marine Life Artist BJ Royster was born and raised in Miami, Florida but eventually made her way down to the beautiful Florida Keys. BJ is known for her stunning paintings of reefs all around Florida. She started painting the reefs after overcoming her fear of diving. In just a short time her paintings, reproductions, and photos have filled many homes, businesses and vessels around the world.
Come join us in a final farewell to the renowned marine life artist of the Florida Reefs, BJ Royster. We will be featuring her paintings from July through August. She would love to see you and thank you personally to express her sincere gratitude.

Back by popular demand! In its second year, the Art on The Reef show, sponsored by the Art League, returns during Vintage Weekend to showcase talented artists as they create masterpieces en plein air, right in front of your eyes. Leave the Vintage crowds behind to browse magnificent works of art and observe local artists as they live paint our picturesque Club on Carysfort Hall’s Sailfish Patio. There will be plenty of art available for purchase and plein air artists will take orders on their work on the spot. Featured artists include Ocean Reef Member Fran Carlisle, BJ Royster, Charles Wildbank, Julia Kelly, Sylvia Rombis, Rupert Rodriguez, and guest artist and award-winning concert pianist Jonathan Carlisle. |
