I offer you thirty five years of customer service in Florida.
Having moved to West Palm Beach in 1960 when my family transferred down from Traverscity Mi. I have lived in Florida ever since. (Except for a couple of educational years at East Tennessee State University while completing my Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics). Upon graduation I returned to South East Florida working in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Dadeland, and Miami. My wife and I moved to Palm Coast in 2001.
My understanding of what must be done to meet and exceed the customer expectations comes from many years of retail employment. From trainee to management, with minor and major retail stores, from Homestead to Jacksonville, I have learned what it takes to effectively communicate with the vast diversity of Floridians and those wanting to be a Floridian.
I have personally bought and sold real estate from one end of the state to the other. I have rebuilt three residential dwellings. I have completed classes in real estate appraisal and mortgage brokerage. I have discovered the pure enjoyment of bringing the deal to the closing table. I know the feeling of anticipation either selling or buying and the joy of “making it happen”. I want you to feel the joy too. Whether it’s your first place, a larger home, or a vacation condo, I will treat you with the utmost honesty, respect, and solid work ethics to “make it happen”.
There is a lot to do in Florida. From Palm Coast I enjoy Kayaking out of Bing Landing to fishing on Flagler Beach. St Augustine to the North and Daytona Beach to the South are just a short drive for all that they have to offer. I like to think of Palm Coast as the center of a vacation hub. You can live here with small city values, yet escape to all that Florida has to offer in a few minutes for that wonderful ‘run away weekend’.
